Privacy notice

This notice covers the Lentix website and its survey about a possible first batch. Taking part is voluntary: a price rating is needed to submit, while comments and email are optional. Orders are not available yet.
Who is responsible
Lentix is a project operated by Balázs Kemenes. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact me at movingprints@gmail.com.
What we collect
We store your price rating, any optional comment, the date and language of your answer. We store an email address only if you explicitly opt in to the launch note, along with the time and version of that consent. Please do not put sensitive personal information in the comment box. Our host may process technical data such as IP addresses in security logs; we do not add it to your survey response.
Why we use survey answers
We use survey answers to assess demand and possible pricing. Our legal basis is a legitimate interest in developing the service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You may object to this processing.
Optional launch email
If you tick the separate checkbox, we use your email only to send one update when Lentix launches. Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can answer without giving an email. Withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; withdrawal applies going forward.
Service providers and transfers
OpenAI Sites and its underlying Cloudflare infrastructure host the site and store responses. Google processes emails sent to our Gmail inbox. These providers may process data outside the EEA under their applicable data transfer safeguards; ask us for details. We do not sell survey responses.
How long we keep data
We delete survey answers no later than 12 months after submission. We remove an email address sooner if you withdraw consent or after we send the one launch note. If we do not launch, we delete it within 12 months. Legal retention duties, if any, may apply.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction; object to processing; and withdraw consent. Where applicable, you may request data portability. Email us at the address above. You may also complain to your local data protection authority or Hungary’s NAIH. We do not make automated decisions about you.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies for this survey. The host may use technically necessary functions and security logs when you visit.
